Properties in Italy is able to offer a complete service, from initial viewing, through to completion of the sale, to anyone interested in buying a house in our area (Veneto, Euganean Hills, Venice).

Our aim is to assist our clients in a down to earth, supportive way, to choose, purchase and settle into a home in the Veneto. We are able to arrange viewing trips, including overnight accommodation, to enable leisurely visits to see property in this largely undiscovered part of Italy.

From the earliest stage of choosing your property, through to the final turn of the key, our English speaking staff will give you all the advice and assistance necessary. We recognise that the decision to buy is yours and our role is to support you in that decision by making the process as smooth as possible.

We are able to offer a particularly strong portfolio of properties throughout the Veneto region in a variety of stunning locations, and an accurate property search service in response to our clients' requests.

We are able to provide our clients with the following services:

• Identification of suitable properties in line with client specifications.
• The provision of detailed information and advice in relation to the properties selected by our clients as being of interest.
• The arrangement of property viewings accompanied by a multilingual property expert.
• Travel advice, hotel bookings in the area or town selected by the clients and help with car hire, as requested.

To those interested in proceeding with a purchase, we can provide:

• Support, advice and assistance on all aspects of the buying process.
• recommendation of a solicitor (and the obtaining of a quote) to carry out surveys and local authority/land registry searches.
• explanation and translation of all legal deeds.
• Arranging all the necessary meetings with the required officials e.g. notary, etc. for the completion of the legal processes.
• Additional assistance in completing other requirements including arranging payment of local taxes, change of use procedures etc. We also offer a liaison service with contractors for any repair or restoration work.
• Assistance in obtaining a mortgage from an Italian bank (Banca Woolwich/Barclays bank).

However, all our clients receive our fullest care and attention at all times. We also offer a complete after-sales service should clients require this.
